Returns and Exchanges:
If it doesn't fit or if it just isn't what you thought you had ordered, return your unworn purchase within 14 days for exchange or refund.
E-mail returns@mimishooz.com and instructions to complete your return will be sent to you.

Return Instructions
We will send you a return shipping label for Fedex,UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. Don’t have a printer? We will send you a prepaid return shipping label by u.s. mail. If you received a gift purchased from MimiShooz.com and need to make a return please e-mail returns@mimishooz.com and instructions to complete your return will be sent to you. 

Shipping Policies:
Shipping to and from Mimibiz, LLC is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location for all orders except with FREE ground shipping within the contiguous United States. All items will be shipped insured.
Items purchased originally with Free ground shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.

Exchange Instructions:
Exchanges are part of our return process: Just request a replacement item as you complete the return.
Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, you can always place a new order rather than request an exchange during the return process.
Exchanges always involve the return of your original purchase and the creation of a new order. You will see two transactions on your credit card or debit card statement: a credit for your original purchase and a charge for your exchanged new purchase. Please be patient and understand, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement depending upon your card issuer.

Shipping:
You must place your order by 1:00 PM EST Monday through Friday to receive your order by the 2nd business day or next business day or whichever service you requested. No Saturday, Sunday deliveries or national and federal holidays. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to postoffice boxes or to military APO/FPO addresses.

Once your order ships from our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail with tracking information. We ship Monday through Friday only and standard shipping is usually delivered in 5 to 7 business days.
